Good friggin' mornin' all!
Damn, this opening a restaurant thing is kicking my ass. The heath inspection is today so we spent all weekend cleaning the kitchen... and let me tell you, that kitchen was NASTY. Grease was caked onto EVERYTHING, it was about an inch thick on the top of the fryer [img]graemlins/gulp.gif[/img]
Today my hands a burning from all the little cuts and the high power chemicals that we were using.
So gimmie some Diet Coke and hand lotion, PRONTO!
